...for lunch tadi..kami lapar..so i went off to the nearest town(which haziq sed its not a town actually..)..anyways,i bought some to make for lunch tadi..and yes,here it is..i made a new version of my own...related a bit from swensen yg baked rice...now for my version..i used loads of wild mushrooms...light mushroom soup..some good yogurt and milk..with smoked salmon and prawns...lastly,i covered them with leicester cheese..then wait till its like cooked a bit in the oven..*voila*

...o yea,for those who are like on a diet..can off with the cheese and for this meal,i dont use oil..but just a biiit of olive oil to warm up the wild mushrooms before its off to the soup part...but then again,u can also not use oil and just use non-sticky pan..ahaha..anyways,pandai2 lah yea...

..overall??? yummy than i ever expected...ehehe..
