Banana Tarte Tatin Time....!!!

....Today's afternoon...I made banana tarte tatin!!!! *sampai jua hajat ku membuat*
...it took me like less then twenty minutes to get everything done and left putting it in the oven...(well,unfortunately...the kitchen's oven down in the basement does not work that well so I used our microwave....but hey~ it turned out way awesoooome...!!!!!)

.....with a hint of orange zest grated freshly from an orange...mixed with caramelised sugar and another touch of powdered choco gives a nice yet sweet taste to it....plus!! not to forget!!!....ice cream to give a kick !!!! ;)

...so yea, this was how it looked like after eating...;P
